From day one Plumbers Choice has always been a bit of a misfit in the plumbing industry and that is the way we like it.

In the beginning, rather than setting up a retail branch network, we operated out of wholesale distribution centres. This gives our model a cost advantage over our competitors. We love passing on this advantage in the form of great value to plumbing businesses. We also love product innovation. These innovations make the working lives of plumbers easier and more productive. Plumbers who deal with us understand how important it is to stay ahead of the pack. Traditional plumbing supplies generally need to be dragged kicking and screaming to take on new products. When you run an old style branch network the flow of new products is difficult.

The difference we are most passionate about is our Trade Only stance. Our policy of only supporting the plumbing trade has made us laser focused on the needs of tradesmen and plumbing businesses. It is what makes us so good at what we do. It certainly makes us stand out from every other plumbing merchant in the country. I believe it is also the reason that many plumbers support us and it is this support that is fuelling our growth.

Our goal is in fact to change our industry to Trade Only. We love the support we receive from plumbers for being the odd one out.
