Sure, you might find a cheaper price here or a closer store there, but to those suppliers, you’re just another customer. No different to Mr Jones who strolls in off the street. And remember, Mr Jones is your customer also. When suppliers sell directly to him, they are taking away any markup opportunities you may have been able to add on. Every sale they make to him is a missed opportunity for your business.

This Christmas, we’d like to celebrate all the other suppliers who’ve chosen to give back by being Trade Only, the ones who support plumbers first, not the public for the benefit of their own back pocket.
