Started by a plumber in 1996, Plumbers Choice grew from the idea that plumbers were paying too much for consumable items and that plumbers would support a store with a “Trade Only” policy. The business has grown rapidly and has branched into specialist tools for plumbers as well.

The concept of “mail order” plumbing supplies and tools is new in Australia but many plumbers are seeing the benefits and savings to be made when buying through Plumbers Choice. The introduction of the web site allows for online purchasing and a full listing of our plumbing products.

Focusing on trade only and regulatory issues that face plumbers, the Plumbers Choice News commenced in 2000. The aim of the newsletter is not only to inform plumbers of what is happening in their industry but is also a forum for plumbers to discuss issues of the day. Starting with a circulation of only 400 in Victoria, the circulation is now nation wide and had grown to 15,000 copies a month.

Back issues of the newsletter are available on the Plumbers Choice website and there is also a feedback section for your views. Ideas for topics in the newsletter are most welcome as are letters to the editor. If you wish to be added to the mailing list, simply send your details to us via the “contact us” section. The newsletter is available by post or by email.

The staff at Plumbers Choice include two former plumbers with a combined wealth of industry knowledge and a belief in supporting plumbers and the industry. All staff are committed to fast, efficient and accurate service. Problems will be dealt with quickly with customer satisfaction being seen as a matter of paramount importance.
