You acknowledge that Plumbers Choice is not liable for any delays, inaccuracies, failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, viruses, communication line failure or damage to your computer system or network.

Termination

Plumbers Choice reserves the right to immediately terminate your use of, or access to, this site at any time, if Plumbers Choice decides at its sole discretion that you have breached this agreement or any relevant rule or regulation or you have engaged in conduct that Plumbers Choice considers to be inappropriate or unacceptable.

Refund Policy

Plumbers Choice offers a money back guarantee on all items if they are returned within 21 days of purchase. We require that the item be returned in original condition with all certificates and receipts originally accompanying the product.

Please be certain to carefully package up any goods sent back to us in the post and include a note explaining the reasons for your return.

Refunds are issued by way of cheque or credit voucher to the value of the refund. Please note Plumbers Choice reserves the right to repair damaged goods prior to offering any refund.

Shipping Details

Plumbers Choice will deliver items by way of couriers or Australia Post. We require a street address for all deliveries as we cannot deliver most items to a PO Box.

Allow 7 working days for any deliveries within Australia. You will be notified if any items are temporarily out of stock and alternate delivery details will then be arranged with you.
